Dr. Greg and Lisa Popcak
Dr. Gregory Popcak, who co-hosts More2Life with his wife Lisa, is the Executive Director of the Pastoral Solutions Institute, an organization dedicated to helping Catholics find faith-filled solutions to tough marriage, family, and personal problems. The author of over a dozen popular books integrating solid Catholic theology and counseling psychology (including; For Better…FOREVER!, Holy Sex!, Parenting with Grace, Beyond the Birds and the Bees), Dr. Popcak is an expert on the practical applications of the Theology of the Body. Through the Pastoral Solutions Institute, he directs a group pastoral tele-counseling practice that provides ongoing pastoral psychotherapy services to Catholic couples, individuals and families around the world.
Since 2001, he and his wife and co-author, Lisa Popcak, have hosted several nationally-syndicated, call-in radio advice programs including Heart, Mind and Strength (Ave Maria Radio), Fully Alive! (Sirius/XM-The Catholic Channel), and most recently, More2Life. They have also hosted two for EWTN (For Better…FOREVER! & God Help Me!). Dr. Popcak’s articles appear regularly in Catholic periodicals such as Catholic Digest, Family Foundations, and others. Dr. Greg Popcak and Lisa Popcak are sought after public speakers and trainers and have been honored to address audiences across North America, Australia, and Hong Kong.
In addition to his ministry work, Dr. Popcak serves as adjunct faculty for both the sociology and graduate theology departments at Franciscan University of Steubenville where he teaches Christianity and Society and Pastoral and Spiritual Direction respectively. He also serves as adjunct faculty in the doctoral program of the Harold Abel School of Behavioral Health at Capella University.
Lisa Popcak, CFLC is the Vice-President of the Pastoral Solutions Institute. She is a professional educator, a lactation consultant, and Certified Family-Life Coach. An expert in learning styles/strategies, early childhood development, adoptive family issues, and women’s spirituality, she is the co-author of two books (including; Parenting with Grace: A Catholic Parent’s Guide to Raising (almost) Perfect Kids (1st & 2nd editions) and Beyond the Birds and the Bees: Raising Sexually Whole and Holy Children). Since 2001, together with her husband, Dr. Greg Popcak, she has hosted several nationally-syndicated, call-in radio advice programs including Heart, Mind and Strength (Ave Maria Radio), Fully Alive! John & Claire Grabowski
Dr. John Grabovski serves at Catholic University of America as Associate Professor of Moral Theology with continuous tenure and the Director of the Moral Theology/ Ethics area. He and his wife Claire were appointed to the Pontifical Council for the Family by Pope Benedict XVI in the fall of 2009 where they continue to serve as a member couple. Together they are the authors of The Role of the Christian Family in the Modern World: Anniversary Edition, a popular commentary on Pope John Paul’s encyclical, Familiars Consortio.

Following four-years as the first executive director of the Theology of the Body Institute and serving as Chairman of the 2016 International Theology of the Body Congress, Damon founded joytob to encourage and educate couples to understand and live marriage and family life with joy through St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body. He previously founded Joy-Filled Marriage New Jersey and New Jersey Natural Family Planning Association, served as Natural Family Planning Coordinator for the Archdiocese of Newark NJ, and taught NFP for 14 years with his wife Melanie. A Certified Speaker for the Theology of the Body Institute, presenter at the 2015 World Meeting of Families, and the 2017 USCCB Convocation of Catholic Leaders, Damon keeps a full international speaking schedule at conferences, seminars, universities, high schools, seminaries, and parishes on the good news of marriage, sexuality, Theology of the Body, Theology of the Family, adoption, and NFP. In 2018, Pope Francis honored Damon with his Benemerenti Medal in recognition for his work in support of marriage and family. Rachael Popcak
, Pastoral Solutions InstituteRachael Popcak, MSW, LSW, is a counseling associate of the Pastoral Solutions Institute. Rachael completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Franciscan University of Steubenville and obtained her Masters in Social Work (Clinical Specialization) from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Licensed Social Worker and has received additional advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Gottman Relational Therapy, and the neurobiology of attachment and trauma. Rachael holds certificates in Direct Practice Mental Health (University of Pittsburgh), Evidence Based Suicide Prevention and Intervention (VYNE Education) and TeleMental Health (Zur Institute). Before joining the Pastoral Solutions Institute, Rachael worked in a variety of outpatient mental health and counseling settings. She serves as the editor and contributing writer for the Pastoral Solutions Institute blog, Faith On The Couch, on Patheos.com. Rachael’s clinical approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, helping individuals discover and develop their innate resources and apply them in creative ways to life and relationship challenges.

Dominic Lombardi
Exec Dir. USCCB Secretariat for Laity, Marriage, Family, and Youth , USCCBSince July 2015, Mr. Lombardi has served as Secretary and Director for the Secretariat for Catholic Life and Evangelization in the Diocese of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. From 2012-2017, he has also served as the Director for Adult and Graduate Recruitment, Services, and Partnerships for Neumann University in Aston, Pennsylvania. He has previously worked as the Director of the Office for Adult Faith Formation and Evangelization at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, as the Associate Director of Adult Religious Education in the Diocese of Camden, and was Director of Adult Religious Formation in the Archdiocese of Washington. He has taught theology at several universities since 1994 and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Theology at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Mr. Lombardi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota in 1980. He earned his Master of Arts in Moral Theology from Saint Charles Seminary in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania in 1990 and his Licentiate in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Marriage and Family Studies in Washington, D.C., in 1994. He is married and has six children.
