  • Description: In the 2012 Hosanna-Tabor case, the Supreme Court ruled that the Federal government does not have the power to tell religious institutions who they can or can't hire as ministers. The question has arisen again, with two combined cases currently being heard by the court. Tom Ascik explains it.
