  • Description: EWTN foundress Mother Angelica passed to her eternal reward on Easter evening at the age of 92. Before her funeral tomorrow morning, we will spend one more day honoring this extraordinary woman who built the largest religious media network in the world. We’ll talk about her life and discuss her legacy with some of the people who knew her best. Today we’ll be talking with Raymond Arroyo, George Weigel, Russell Shaw, Dave Vacheresse, Barb Gaskell and Karen Sigler.

    • Dave Vacheresse
      Dave began working with EWTN’s Radio division in 1993. He became the Station Manager for EWTN’s first full-time AM/FM affiliate station in Reno, Nevada in January of 1997. That single station grew into a Catholic radio group that now has over 30 stations throughout California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii. Dave has served as the General Manager of Immaculate Heart Radio and the President of Relevant Radio. He has traveled the country for nearly 15 years assisting numerous Catholic radio apostolates launch new stations from coast to coast. Since 2011, Dave has served as the General Manager of EWTN Global Catholic Radio Networks. He and his wife Eileen live outside Birmingham, Alabama, and are blessed with 5 children and 5 grandchildren.
