First Topic – Obama / McCain clash on foreign policy
In near-simultaneous appearances yesterday Senator Barack Obama and Senator John McCain drew sharp battle lines on Iraq and Afghanistan. Obama said that the addition of tens of thousands of combat troops to Iraq last year had significantly reduced violence in the country.
