  • Description: Rebel fighters in Yemen have seized control of the presidential palace. President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi and his government resigned en masse earlier this week. This poses a problem for the fight against ISIS; Hadi was allowing the US to fly over Yemen when conducting airstrikes, something that may not be allowed in the future. There are also fears that al-Qaeda fighters could take advantage of the chaos and seize control. We discuss the situation with Jim Phillips.
