We’ll talk about the “Ten Rules of Life for Merciful Discipleship” as well as Mary’s connection to Divine Mercy. We will explore the challenges to true forgiveness and the need for healing in our lives today.

      • Kathleen Beckman, L.H.S., is a radio host, international retreat director, Ignatian trained spiritual director and author of several books on prayer and sacramental life. She is the co-founder and president of Foundation of Prayer for Priests, an international apostolate for the spiritual support of clergy that fosters Eucharistic adoration and spiritual motherhood of priests. In conjunction with this apostolate, in 2014 Sophia Institute Press published, “Praying for Priests: A Mission for the New Evangelization.” Kathleen hosts the weekly program Living Eucharist, which airs internationally on Radio Maria, and has been a frequent guest on EWTN’s TV and radio programs. Since 1992 she has served in leadership for Magnificat and is currently on the CST advisory team. In 2013 she became a board member and facilitator for the Pope Leo XIII Institute for priests in the ministry of healing and deliverance. A member of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem since 2002, she and her husband are business owners, have two adult sons, and live in Orange, CA.   • Description: What does St. Juan Diego, Blessed Elizabeth of Trinity and many of the mystics share in common? An encounter with “Mercy”. How can we encounter that same “mercy” in our busy lives today when we seem to live in a world saturated by fear, anger, and anxiety? Dr. Anthony Lilles will share how it is happening at the Juan Diego House of Priestly Formation for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.

    • Dr Anthony Lilles
      • Anthony Lilles, S.T.D. is an associate professor and the academic dean of Saint John's Seminary in Camarillo as well as the academic advisor for Juan Diego House of Priestly Formation for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. For over twenty years he served the Church in Northern Colorado where he joined and eventually served as dean of the founding faculty of Saint John Vianney Theological Seminary in Denver. Through the years, clergy, seminarians, religious and lay faithful have benefited from his lectures and retreat conferences on the Carmelite Doctors of the Church and the writings of Blessed Elisabeth of the Trinity. After graduating from Franciscan University of Steubenville, he completed licentiate and doctoral studies in spiritual theology at the Angelicum in Rome. In 2012, he published Hidden Mountain, Secret Garden: a theological contemplation of prayer by Discerning Hearts.
