Description: Catholic school teachers in San Francisco have signed a new contract with the Archdiocese. The contract no longer describes teachers as “ministers,” instead it includes phrases about teacher conduct on and off the job. In order to fire a teacher for personal conduct, the Archdiocese will need to prove the conduct adversely affects the classroom. We’ll talk about the negotiations and new contract with Fr. John Piderit from the Archdiocese of San Francisco and Dr Dan Guernsey from Ave Maria University.
