+  Two Recent Victories for Religious Liberty

  • Description: A superior court judge ruled this week against the State of California, which took legal action against a local baker who refused to bake a wedding cake for a same-sex couple. The court ruled that baking a cake is considered an act of artistic expression and was thus protected by the First Amendment. In another story, the State of North Carolina has reinstated a magistrate who was forced out because she would not perform civil marriage ceremonies for same-sex couples. Rob Muise joins us with a review of the cases.
