    Segment 1 - Kara Coulter introduces the show and reports the news of the day.

    Segment 2 - Richard Lane is a Catholic evangelist and the co-founder of Qorban Ministries.  With November being Black Catholic History Month, Richard tells us what he is doing to spread the word on the impact black Catholics have had on the country and the faith.  They also look at, "What We Have Seen and Heard," the Pastoral Letter on Evangelization from the Black Bishops of the United States which is now 25 years old.  (Replay from 11-3-09)

    Segment 3 - Dr. Meg Meeker is a popular speaker and pediatrician.  She is the author of several books, including "Boys Should Be Boys: 7 Secrets to Raising Healthy Sons," "Strong Fathers, Strong Daughters," and "Your Kids at Risk: How Teen Sex Threatens Our Sons and Daughters."  Today, Dr. Meg and Kara talk about a new study that finds 10 and 11 year olds already have notions about ideal body composition.  They also take time to discuss healthy eating.  (Replay from 08-31-09)
