      Dr. Monica Miller is the Director of Citizens for a Pro-life Society — an activist pro-life group that she founded in 1986. Dr. Miller is a nationally known pro-life leader and a pioneer of the pro-life rescue movement. She is a veteran sidewalk counselor and has organized hundreds of pro-life pickets, rallies, demonstrations and conferences.

+  Sacred Relics at Mother of God Cathedral May 22

  • Description: St. Thomas the Apostle Chaldean Catholic Eparchy presents a teaching and exposition of Sacred Relics on Wednesday, May 22, 7:00 pm at Mother of God Cathedral. Fr. Carlos Martins of the Companions of the Cross will present a very special Vatican collection of over 150 relics, some as old as 2000 years. Among the treasures will be relics of St. Maria Goretti, St. Therese of Lisieux (the “Little Flower"), St. Francis of Assisi, St. Anthony of Padua, St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Faustina Kowalska, and a portion of the veil of Our Lady, as well as one of the largest remaining pieces of the True Cross in the world. Those in attendance will be able to examine and venerate each relic.
