+  We Humble Ourselves - Patriotic Weekend

  • Description: "It’s a 2 hour symphony concert. And a sing-a-long. It’s a patriotic educational event that goes from Massachusetts Bay to the Civil War, using music, reenactors, and audience participation, reviewing America’s history without ignoring its Christian influence. It’s all about reminding our fellow citizens of the things in our nation’s history that set us apart from the beginning. Our program is as American as it gets: with plenty of hot dogs and apple pie. There’s no admission fee and no parking fee; the experience will be priceless. It’s a good old-fashioned Pep Rally — meant to remind us about every good thing that has set our Nation apart for 239 years. It’s educational, inspiring and encouraging. The sing-a-long patriotic songs will rally our love for Country and the hymns will warm our hearts with love for God and love for neighbor."
