An Afghan Christian’s Plea: You Are My Last Hope

As Americans and Afghans scrambled to get out of Kabul last month, Catholic News Agency’s Kelsey Wicks received an unexpected email. “Please help me,” it read, “You are my last hope.” The email was from a man, pseudonym Kareem, who was desperately trying to get out of the country. Kelsey tells the story and also recaps some new Church news.
