Does ISIS want to Ban the Hijab?

At least 15 people were killed and another 40 injured in an attack on a Shiite mosque in Iran yesterday. ISIS has claimed responsibility and now Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi is trying to link the attack to the ongoing Mahsa Amini protests. We get analysis from Jason Brodsky.
