SEG 5-1 US Bishops Meet for First Time Since McCarrick Report

The annual USCCB Fall Assembly kicks off today. In normal times, they would be meeting for several days in Baltimore, but the pandemic has forced them to switch to an abbreviated online schedule. This is the first meeting of the bishops since the release of the McCarrick report. Matthew Bunson gives us a look at what’s on the agenda.

SEG 5-2 Rediscovering Christian Marriage (2 segments)

Yet this viewpoint is being increasingly left behind, and even Christian communities find themselves doing more burying than marrying. How can we value marriage in a world that increasingly yawns at it? Mark Regnerus joins us.
