What does the Letter to the Hebrews tell us about our faith?

The Epistle to the Hebrews is one of the most beautifully-written and theologically-dense books of the New Testament. It shows how the Old Covenant finds its fulfillment in Christ and calls upon its readers to maintain their faith despite persecution. This single epistle contains the basis for several core Catholic beliefs. We’ll take a look with Shane Kapler.

Shane Kapler is the author of The Biblical Roots of Marian Consecration: Devotion to the Immaculate Heart in Light of Scripture And James: Jewish Roots, Catholic Fruits. He has spent many years working in evangelism and catechesis within the Archdiocese of St. Louis. His previously published works include The Epistle of the Hebrews and the Seven Core Beliefs of Catholics, Marrying the Rosary to the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and Through, With, and In Him.
