Supreme Court Wrapup: Another Win for Religious Liberty

On the last day of its term, the Supreme Court affirmed by a 6-3 majority that the First Amendment’s free speech guarantee protects the work of artists with traditional views of marriage. John Czarnetzky joins us with more on this case.

Supreme Court Rejects Ideological Conformity in 303 Creative v. Elenis

John Czarnetzky is Chief Executive Officer and Dean at the Ave Maria School of Law. He also serves as a legal adviser to the Holy See’s Mission to the United Nations, representing the Holy See in negotiations, including establishing the International Criminal Court and several international treaties, including one on the rights of persons with disabilities. Dean Czarnetzky is a lay member of the Dominican Order and a third-degree Knight of Columbus.

In the early days of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal, groups in Ann Arbor and elsewhere were being asked from around the world for guidance and teaching. Born into the fire of Renewal in the Pittsburgh area, she has worked in ministry and business development on local, national, and international levels.
