Science Points us to God (2 segments)
It’s the argument that won’t die: Science and Religion are incompatible and any reasonable, rational person should ally themselves with the former. But as Gerard Verschuuren points out, it is often the scientists – not the people of faith – who are unwilling to incline their wills to the truth when it presents itself. He joins us.
Gerard Verschuuren is the author of many books, most recently How Science Points to God. He is a scientist, writer, speaker, and consultant, working at the interface of science and religion, creation and evolution, faith and reason. He is a biologist by training who has studied and worked at universities in Europe and the US. His other books include A Catholic Scientist Proves God Exists and Matters of Life and Death: A Catholic Guide to the Moral Questions of Our Time.
