Lisa Mongtomery’s Impending Execution Renews Calls for Death Penalty Repeal

In 2004 Bobbie Jo Stinnett was found strangled in her home with her unborn child ripped from her womb. Lisa Montgomery was found guilty of the murder and is currently on death row; her execution has been delayed pending a hearing on her mental competence as her childhood was full of abuse, alcoholism, and neglect. We’ll talk about the story and the state of the death penalty debate with Hannah Cox.
