Fr. Richard J. Cassidy is the author of A Roman Commentary on St. Paul’s Letter to the Philippians. He serves as Professor of Sacred Scripture at Sacred Heart Major Seminary. He holds graduate degrees from the Gregorian University, the University of Michigan, and the Graduate Theological Union. For decades, Fr. Cassidy has been an active member of the Catholic Biblical Association of America. Since 2004 he has been an elected member of Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas.
