How does Christ fulfill the Messianic prophecies?

In Advent we prepare for the coming of the Messiah. But how do we know Jesus is the one? Most Christians are at least vaguely aware that the Old Testament is full of prophecies which only Christ fulfilled. We take a look at some of these prophecies, including lesser-known ones from the Psalms, with Dr. John Bergsma.

John Bergsma is professor of theology at the Franciscan University of Steubenville and a senior fellow at the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology. He’s the author of many books including A Catholic Introduction to the Bible: The Old Testament.
