Ferguson and the Catholic Church – Interview with Fr. Robert Rosebrough

The rioting has slowed down, but tensions are still extremely high in Ferguson after a grand jury announced that officer Darren Wilson will not be indicted in the shooting death of Michael Brown. There has been intense debate nationwide about the shooting, race relations and the duties and limits of police. We get a firsthand look at the very latest from the epicenter of this debate when we speak with Fr. Robert Rosenbrough of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta parish in Ferguson. Fr. Robert “Rosy” Rosebrough is the Pastor of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta parish in Ferguson, MO. Fr. Rosebrough led a peaceful “Lean-in Prayer Procession” from his parish to City Hall on Nov 2 and has led multiple prayer services for peace since shooting.
