The most beloved Christmas carol, “Silent Night,” was written almost by accident. A young priest, an Austrian village and a damaged organ all took part in the creation of this classic hymn. The action takes place in a small Alpine Village. The new priest Father Josef comes to town, delights the children, and turns the little church upside down with his new ways, much to the chagrin of the crusty housekeeper and grumpy choirmaster. With a bit of embellishment, some memorable characters, and favorite holiday tunes, this staging of the almost catastrophe will be a delight for the whole family!
Cast includes: Bonnie Black, Eva Blake, Stephen Blake, Tim Blake, Ayden Burton, Debra Burton, Tim Chanko, Lindsey Clarke, Susanna Davis, Deana Ellison, Madeline Finocchiaro, Benedict Gregor, Ignatius Gregor, Mattheas Gregor, Maurita Gregor, Arnold Guikema, Cydney Heed, Andrew Hamann, Leah Hamann, Rich Hamann, Sarah Hamann, Tommy Hamann, Anna Johnston, Sophia Kopinski, Lucas Miller, Kevin Myers, Joseph Sauter, Megan Sauter, Kelly Wade and Everett Warila.
This delightful one-act play is a must-see for family members of all ages.
