Segment 1

Lillian Fallon talks about her book, “Theology of Style: Expressing the Unique and Unrepeatable You”

Lillian Fallon is a Catholic writer with a passion for helping women express their unrepeatability through personal style. She recently released Theology of Style: Expressing The Unique and Unrepeatable You through Ascension. Growing up, she dreamed of working in the fashion industry but believed her Catholic Faith could not coexist with her love for clothing. After studying St. John Paul II’s Theology of The Body at Ave Maria University, Lillian’s enchantment with fashion transformed into a lifelong mission to help women understand their true identity, made in the image of God. Informed by John Paul II’s teachings, she went on to work as a style editor in New York City before ultimately landing at the Catholic fashion label Litany NYC. Lillian currently resides in Pennsylvania with her orange tabby cat, Tito.

Steve moved to Washington DC to serve in the Bush Administration in 2001 as the first Native American General Counsel of the Department of the Army. While in DC he served as a Campus Minister at Georgetown University, his alma mater. While there, Steve served as Deacon at St. Joseph Parish in Old Town Alexandria, under the guidance of Fr. Donald Fest, SSJ, a Josephite Father. St. Joseph’s Parish is a historically black parish being founded in 1915 by Saint Catherine Drexel who provided substantial funds to build the parish church. While at St. Joseph’s, Steve served as Chaplain for the Legion of Mary (and participated in the Legion’s Door to Door outreach ministry), worked with the Right to Life Group, and sang in the Gospel Choir.
