Segment 1
Kathy and Paul Dobrowolski share how Ann Arbor Sidewalk Advocates are saving lives.
Kathy and Paul Dobrowolski are the directors of a nonprofit organization, Life Solutions of Washtenaw County, as well as the directors of Ann Arbor Sidewalk Advocates for Life, starting the local program back in 2014. SAFL trains, equips and supports sidewalk advocates who reach out to abortion-minded clients to lovingly and lawfully offer them life affirming alternatives.
Kathy and Paul have been married for 37 years and have 3 sons. They first met after moving to Michigan for jobs, Paul as a medicinal chemist from New York, and Kathy as a microbiologist from Wyoming. They have always been pro-life but became even more so due to having two sons with special needs – one related to mental health issues and the other to a degenerative genetic syndrome. In their spare time, they enjoy gardening, reading, golf and birdwatching.
