Dr. Robert Fastiggi talks about the Lenten Symposium.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Robert Fastiggi is a Professor of Systematic Theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary. He has done private research in Paris and Montreal and took park in a study-tour of Saudi Arabia sponsored by the National Council for US-Arab Relations. He has served as the executive editor of the 2009-13 supplements to the New Catholic Encyclopedia and is the author of several books including “The Mystical Theology of the Catholic Reformation.”

Fr. Derik Peterman from Our Lady of Refuge is this week’s Parish of the Week.

 

 

Father Derik Peterman has been a priest for almost five years. He grew up in Livonia, Michigan and studied physics at Michigan State University. There, was also active in campus ministry and competing on the track and field team. After being ordained in 2019, he served at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish in Farmington, Michigan for four and a half years. Fr. Peterman has a passion for Catholic schools, beautiful liturgical worship, and a good bourbon. He currently serves at Our Lady of Refuge Parish in Orchard Lake, Michigan.
