John Masour joins vanessa to talk about the 10th annual Stride for Seminarians event happening in September.  Teresa Tomeo tells us how pilgrimages can be good for our mental, spiritual and physical health.

John Mansour joins us to talk about the 10th annual Stride for Seminarians event happening on September 17th.

John and his wife, Ann, were married in June 2000 and were blessed with three children. Their first child is Alexander. Their second child is Adriana. Their third child is Gabrielle. On July 14, 2013, a boating accident resulted in the death of our son, Alexander, and daughter, Gabrielle. Their daughter, Adriana survived but suffered a traumatic brain injury. She recently graduated from West Bloomfield High School and planning for college next Fall at OCC. They are a family of faith and thank God each day for all he has provided us.

Teresa Tomeo wants us to focus on health month and how pilgrimages can help with our mental, spiritual and physical health.

Teresa Tomeo is a bestselling author, syndicated Catholic talk show host, and speaker with more than thirty years of experience in print and broadcast media. She was named a Vatican conference speaker and conference delegate and spoke at the 2013 conference the “Rights of the Family and the Challenges of the Contemporary World” sponsored by the Pontifical Council for the Family. Tomeo participated in the Vatican Women’s Congress in 2008. She speaks throughout North America and also leads overseas retreats and pilgrimages annually. Tomeo is a teacher for St. Benedict Press’ Catholic Courses.
