Fr. Paul Ballien from St. John Neumann is our Parish of the Week.
Fr. Paul Ballien was ordained on May 20, 1999 at the Archdiocese of Detroit.
5 fun things about Fr. Paul:
1. He loves peanut butter stuffed pretzels.
2. Books are his jam; he loves to read and he reads a lot!
3. He is athletic. Fr. Paul swims and belongs to a water basketball team.
4. He does not have a social media account and will likely not have one.
5. Fr. Paul loves cats and dogs, so if he visits your home, he will likely say hello to your pets!

Sr. Sarah Poirier talks about the National Eucharistic Congress.
Sr. Sarah Poirier was born and raised as a Catholic. She was very active at her home parish after high school participating in the choir, youth group leader, festival advertising, and was a Eucharist Minister. Sr. Sarah received a B.S. in Mathematics from U of M Dearborn. She started discerning religious life in depth during her college days. Sr. Sarah discerned her calling was to The Sisters of Jesus’ Merciful Passion (SOJMP). She now helps run the Shrine of Jesus The Divine Mercy.
