Segment 1
Tom Hornacek shares a redemptive suffering story about his brother in law.
In the summer of the year 2000, I learned my favorite sports station turned into Ave Maria Radio, a Catholic radio station, I didnt even know Catholic radio existed. Every time I tuned in, I learned what little I knew about the depth and beauty of our Catholic faith. Ave Maria Radio led me to an encounter with Christ through their programing, along with books, conferences, and mission work. Ave Maria Radio changed my life. I consider it a great privilege to serve Ave Maria Radio as a Community Outreach Director and to anchor their Membership Drives. Knowing that every minute of every day somewhere in the world, someone is encountering Christ, just like I did. That is the great gift of Ave Maria.
