Segment 1
Fr. Frankie Cicero shares his story for a twist on Parish of the Week Wednesday.
Fr. Frankie was a drug addicted bartender living a promiscuous life. And one night at the bar God showed him that he had everything that the world says brings happiness, money, fame, drugs, women. Yet, He realized that he was miserable, lonely, and hated who he was. I guess an Epiphany Moment so to speak.
He left the bar and gave his life to Jesus. From there, Jesus broke his shame, He broke his addictions and He called him to be His priest.
Fr. Frankie says today he is experiencing a greater joy and freedom in Jesus that he never thought possible!
He says, “And if it’s possible for me, it’s possible for everyone. Don’t be afraid to give your life to Jesus, I promise it’s worth it.”
