Segment 1
Fr. Nate Harburg from Good Shepherd is our Parish of the Week.
I’m Fr. Nate Harburg, pastor of Good Shepherd Parish based in Ubly, Michigan, within the Diocese of Saginaw. I have 8 amazing younger siblings, including two adopted. I enjoy spending time with my dad, siblings, nieces and nephews. “A few of my favorite things”: Authors Michael O’Brien, Henri Nouwen, JRR Tolkien; hanging out in coffee shops, beer tasting, old classic movies. My favorite hobby is writing poems. On the spiritual side, I love encountering Jesus daily in Eucharistic Adoration, Lectio Divina, the Divine Office, and the Rosary. I Graduated from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio, in 2003, Sacred Heart Seminary (Detroit) in 2011, and was ordained that year. I’m grateful to have the chance to cooperate with the Good Shepherd in His rescue mission to the lost sheep.

Segment 2
Keri Tarrant talks about preparing for Christmas.
Keri is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a BA in Education and has taken classes at Ave Maria College; including Latin and Rome studies. Her studies in Mariology have come from personal study and reflection on the Mystery of Mary in the Heart of the Church, and from her years of formation with the Missionaries of Charity. Keri did not finish formation with the MCs due to health issues. As a lay person she now ministers to the people of God by encouraging Marian Consecration for the work of the New Evangelization and by giving talks on Divine Mercy, Our Blessed Mother, and on the spirituality of St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta and St. John Paul II.
