Brendan Dewan was born and raised in Pinckney, Michigan. His parents, Mary and Michael Dewan, raised Brendan and his six siblings to be devout practicing Catholics. He graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2021 with a degree in Marketing. He encountered Jesus in a profound way during his time in college and decided to go on mission with the apostolate, FOCUS, The Fellowship of Catholic University Students. He is gearing up for his second year as a missionary at Ball State University, located in Muncie, Indiana.
