Deacon Gene Leger will talk about his vocation to the diaconate and his recent celebration of his 5 year anniversary. Dr. Dan Osborn is a first time guest on Epiphany and talks about many things including his time as a lay missionary in the Ukraine. Fr. Frank Pavone returns to Epiphany to talk about the recent pastoral decision made by Archbishop Cordileone.

Deacon Gene Leger

Deacon Gene Leger is a deacon of the Diocese of Lansing, currently assigned to St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Ann Arbor.

He has been the General Sales Manager for Ave Maria Radio for the past 20 years.

Dcn. Gene is the husband of Suzanne for 39 years, the father of five, and the grandfather of five.

He is active in men’s ministry and marriage preparation and is learning more about the great foster father of our Lord Jesus and the spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary during this special year designated by the Church as the ‘Year of St. Joseph’

Dr. Dan Osborn, S.T.D.

Dr. Daniel Osborn, S.T.D., Diocesan Theologian, Coordinator of Permanent Diaconate Formation and Ministry Bishop’s Delegate in Ecumenical and Inter-Faith Relations, Diocese of Saginaw

Dr. Osborn, his wife, LeAnne, a teacher at St. Brigid of Kildare School in Midland, and their two daughters are members of St. Brigid of Kildare Parish.

Fr. Frank Pavone

Fr. Frank Pavone is one of the most prominent pro-life leaders in the world. Originally from New York, he was ordained in 1988 by Cardinal John O’Connor. In 1993 he became National Director of Priests for Life. He is also the President of the National Pro-life Religious Council, and the National Pastoral Director of the Silent No More Awareness Campaign and of Rachel’s Vineyard, the world’s largest ministry of healing after abortion.
