The USCCB and the independent lay National Review Board have released the 2019 Annual Report, which audits the child safety procedures of the Dallas Charter for the Protection of Children. The report showed a significant increase in both allegations and findings of sexual abuse by priests. Fr. Paul Sullins of the Ruth Institute joins us with his analysis.
