Theodore McCarrick is back in the news. He has transferred from the St Fidelis Friary in Victoria, Kansas to a residential community of priests who have been removed from ministry. He was reportedly concerned that a forthcoming report on his career would bring disruptive attention to the friary. But some analysts wonder when we will see that report. We talk with Ed Condon.
