In Misericordiae Vultus Pope Francis points to Jesus Christ as the face of the Father’s mercy and recalls the words of John: “Whoever sees Jesus sees the Father.” Mercy allows us to, in the words of the Holy Father, “find the strength to embrace God’s mercy and dedicate ourselves to being merciful with others as the Father has been with us.” Fr David Songy joins us.
