The Cathedral of Cordoba in Spain has been the ecclesiastical heart of the diocese for nearly 800 years and has been ranked as one of the most impressive architectural wonders of the world. It’s now a target of protest from the Spanish left and Muslim activists, who claim that it does not “belong” to Catholics, but to the whole world. Abu Atallah was a high school student living in Cairo when his best friend joined the Muslim Brotherhood. Abu decided to follow suit in the hopes that Allah would reward him with the grades he needed to qualify for Cairo University. For him, it wasn’t a religiously significant event – he just wanted to be with his friend. One day, he saw a Muslim Brother screaming at a Christian classmate. This was only the beginning of his journey to Christ. Abu joins us.
