Segment 1 – Intro and News

Segment 2 & 3 – The Secret of the Bethlehem Shepherds
“After completing The Mystery of the Magi — his groundbreaking study of the wise men — Fr. Dwight Longenecker took a sabbatical in Jerusalem to study the ancient texts and the geography, history, politics, and culture of the time. He added his own firsthand visit to present-day Bethlehem shepherds in order to unlock “the secret of the Bethlehem shepherds.”  This little book sheds new light on an old, old story, deepening its beauty and enriching your Advent and Christmas celebrations for years to come.”

Brought up as an Evangelical in the USA, Fr. Dwight Longenecker earned a degree in Speech and English before studying theology at Oxford University. He served as a minister in the Church of England, and in 1995 was received into the Catholic Church with his wife and family. The author of over twenty books and booklets on Catholic faith and culture, Fr Longenecker is also an award winning blogger, podcaster and journalist. He is pastor of Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Greenville, South Carolina. Ordained as a Catholic priest under the Pastoral Provision for married former Protestant ministers, Fr Longenecker and his wife Alison have four grown up children.

Segment 4 – “Father Stu: Reborn” in theaters December 9th
