“In On the Demonic, edited by Fr. Tomaszycki, Sheen addresses the history of the demonic, how the devil manifested himself to Our Lord, how he has worked throughout the Church’s history, and how the Anti-Christ will come in the end times. Though Sheen is not optimistic about world history, he is most optimistic about Jesus’ final victory: ‘There is one thing we do know. If Christ wins, we win!’” Fr. Dave will be speaking at the Church of the Divine Child in Dearborn tonight at 7:30pm their gathering space. Confession will be available from 6-7pm and a rosary will be prayer at 6:30.
Fr. Dave Tomaszycki is a plumber turned priest. He became a Fulton Sheen enthusiast in 2009 upon reading Sheen’s “Life of Christ.” Fr. Tomaszycki was ordained in 2016 and currently serves as Secretary to the Archbishop of Detroit, Allen Vigneron.
