Marlon De La Torre, Ph.D., is a big believer in the connection between education and Christian witness. Dr. Marlon De La Torre, who has decades of experience working in evangelization and education, including 10 years as director of evangelization and missionary discipleship for the Diocese of Fort Worth, Texas, was named the Archdiocese of Detroit’s new director of evangelization and missionary discipleship effective Sept. 7, 2021.
