“For the past 20 years, men have left religion at higher rates than women; but for the first time in decades, young men are more likely to stay with it, while young women are leaving, according to a recent study.”  Noelle Mering was interviewed for an article on this and she joins us today.  (Originally aired June 4, 2024)

Noelle Mering is a Fellow at the Washington DC-based think tank the Ethics and Public Policy Center. She is the co-author of the Theology of Home book series and an editor for TheologyofHome.com.  She is a frequent contributor for National Catholic Register, The American Mind, The Federalist, and Catholic World Report.

Segment 3 – Good News Cruise 2025
Timothy Cardinal Dolan takes some time this morning to promote the 2025 Good News Cruise taking place next January.  Fr. Mike Schmitz and other big names (like Dr. Ray Guarendi) are confirmed for the voyage!  (Originally aired June 5, 2024)

Timothy Cardinal Dolan was named Archbishop of New York by Pope Benedict XVI on February 23, 2009. He had served as Archbishop of Milwaukee, appointed there by Pope Saint John Paul II on June 25, 2002.  Cardinal Dolan is the author of numerous books including Called to Be Holy and Who Do You Say I Am?

Chuck Gaidica is one of the most trusted figures in Michigan. He is an author, frequent keynote speaker, podcast & radio host. He also serves as an on-camera host and spokesperson for various projects. Many people may know Chuck from his national and local radio and television work in Michigan over four decades. He has multiple Emmy awards and was awarded the prestigious Silver Circle Award for broadcast excellence by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
