Living Calm: Mastering Anger and Frustration – “Dr. Guarendi unpacks for you the many types of anger and the types of people who suffer most from anger. For some, anger is a trait; for others, it is a state. Some are “wired fiery,” with an anger that is always simmering or on a low boil, while the anger of others often comes and goes quickly. You’ll learn why feelings aren’t neutral, and whether anger is a product of your nature or nurture. You’ll also learn the difference between righteous and unrighteous anger — and why those closest to us can anger us the most.”
Segment 4 – The Liturgy of Domestic Church Life is going to Rome
“The Vatican Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life recently asked my wife, Lisa, and me to present the opening keynote for the Tenth World Meeting of Families in Rome this June. The Rome event is billed as a “pastoral/theological congress” attended by more than 2,500 representatives from national bishops’ conferences around the world. We’ve been asked to speak on the Liturgy of Domestic Church Life, a newly articulated model of family spirituality and family ministry that may also have even broader implications for the way the Church approaches evangelization, ministry, parish life and even how dioceses and parishes are structured.” – Dr. Greg Popcak writes.
