Segment 3 & 4 – The Table Foundation: Food truck in Baltimore May 1st
Plating Grace & Grub will serve as a fundraising vehicle May 1st to support The Table Foundation’s programs that provide job information, skills training, hiring assistance and personal growth opportunities for people who are returning to society from incarceration. The truck will also be used for mentoring young chefs, helping them hone their culinary, teamwork and leadership skills, as well as building relationships and finding job opportunities. Additionally, Plating Grace & Grub will be collaborating with local charity groups to distribute food to the homeless and underserved community.
Fr. Leo Patalinghug is a priest member of a community of consecrated life, Voluntas Dei (The Will of God). His diverse background as an award-winning chef, radio and TV host, gives him a unique perspective on ministry and family life. Fr. is founder and chairman of The Table Foundation.
