As you’re driving down the road the electronic billboard flashes and, all of a sudden, there it is: “The Catholic Church; 33 A.D. – ” in bright red letters on a stark black background. The Bible Christian Society, and its founder – John Martignoni – are at it again. Pushing the boundaries of Catholic evangelization with the first of a series of billboard ads in a four-week evangelization campaign aimed at stirring dialogue, provoking thought, challenging pre-conceived notions about the Catholic Church, and planting seeds.
John Martignoni is the founder and president of the Bible Christian Society, an apostolate dedicated to explaining Scriptural foundations of the Catholic faith. He hosts EWTN’s Open Line every Monday.
