The Archdiocese of Baltimore has set aside the weekend of March 13-14 as a time to focus on the dangers of pornography and the resources available to avoid and recover from it. March 14 will be observed as “Safe Haven Sunday.” Parishes are encouraged to highlight resources to fight pornography and to discuss the threat of pornography for individuals and married couples.
Erin Younkins is an occupational therapist and author of “Designed to Be Well: A Health Coach’s Guide to Navigating the Science and Spirituality of Wellness.” She is currently the Coordinator for Outreach and Education in the Respect Life Office at the Archdiocese of Baltimore.

The virtual 2021 National Catholic Women’s Conference is taking place this weekend, March 12-14. Amy Smith tells us all about it. Speakers include Kimberly Hahn, Fr. Timothy Gallagher, and more.

Fueled by prayer and coffee, she enjoys writing about everything from Jane Austen to saints for the Register.
