Allegra Baistrocchi – Consul of Italy in Detroit, with jurisdiction over the States of Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee, she has great interest in Cultural and Digital Diplomacy. Last year, the Consulate of Italy in Detroit launched its LoveITDetroit metaverse, the first ever by a Government entity, and in its second iteration it hosted a world-first free exhibition of modern Italian art ever created by a public administration. At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rome, she was Deputy Chief of Staff of the Director General overseeing Italian cooperation projects in Asia, the Pacific, the Middle East, South America and Europe. 


Segment 3 & 4 – Women’s Discernment Retreat Starting March 31
Dawn Hausmann joins Vanessa to talk about a special Women’s Discernment Retreat starting on March 31st.  The retreat will be held at St. Francis Retreat Center in DeWitt, MI (703 E. Main Street DeWitt, MI 48820).  Register by March 24th.  More information can be found here!

Dawn Hausmann is the Director of Consecrated Vocations, Coordinator of Young Adult Ministry, and Delegate of Consecrated Life for the Diocese of Lansing.  She has a degree in Social Work from MSU and a Master in Theology from the Pontifical John Paul Institute for the Studies of Marriage and Family in Washington D.C.  She has a passion for spreading John Paul II’s Theology of the Body and for helping people journey in vocational discernment.
