Segment 4
NIFLA and A Door of Hope Sue Delaware for Unlawfully Targeting Pregnancy Centers
“A federal lawsuit was filed Feb 12th by the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates and A Door of Hope pregnancy center challenging a Delaware law that unconstitutionally restricts the centers’ ability to communicate freely and also forces them to speak messages that undermine their mission and mislead the public. The suit was filed by attorneys with Simms Showers and Alliance Defending Freedom on behalf of the plaintiffs.”

Anne O’Connor has been with the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) since 1993. She served as NIFLA’s General Counsel until she joined the staff full-time as the Vice President of Legal Affairs in April 2013. During her tenure with NIFLA, Ms. O’Connor has been responsible for writing the monthly NIFLA Legal Tips, performing about 1,000 legal audits, consulting with hundreds of centers about the medical clinic conversion process, and teaching at Board trainings, conference workshops, webinars and at NIFLA’s Institute of Limited Obstetric Ultrasound.

Segment 5 – Bible Verse of the Week
Vanessa and Gail talk about Joshua 24:15 – “But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”
