Deacon Mike Houghton was ordained a Catholic deacon in October of 2012. He is the Executive Director of UTG at Work. For the past ten years he has served as deacon at St. John Vianney in Shelby Township, Michigan, a parish in the Archdiocese of Detroit. He is also the author of “Restructuring for Mission: The Journey to Families of Parishes in the Archdiocese of Detroit.”
Segment 3 & 4 – Seminary Classes for the lay community in 2024
Fr. Brian Meldrum is Assistant Professor of Theology & Director of Liturgy at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit. Fr. Brian was ordained in 2015 and served his first assignment at Our Lady of the Lakes Parish. Next, he earned a degree in Scripture at the request of Archbishop Vigneron.
