On December 13, the Supreme Court accepted its first case involving religion in almost two years. It centers on Catholic Charities, which has been denied tax exemption in Wisconsin on the grounds that its services are not strictly religious. Charles Russo joins us with more.

Professor Charles Russo, M.Div., J.D., Ed.D holds the Joseph Panzer Chair of Education in the School of Education and Health Sciences at the University of Dayton, where he also Directs the Ph.D. Program in Educational Leadership and is Research Professor of Law. He specializes in issues involving education and the law with a special focus on religious freedom. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Notre Dame University of Australia School of Law.
