Why Sola Scriptura Doesn’t Work

A major source of division between Catholics and Protestants is the notion of Sola Scriptura, which the Catholic Church rejects as contrary to Biblical teaching and Christian history. But Joel Peters points out another issue with the teaching – it is utterly impractical. He joins us.

Joel S. Peters is a life-long Catholic and NJ resident. He holds a graduate degree from Immaculate Conception Seminary at Seton Hall University. He has been extensively involved in Church ministries over the past 45 years, and he is a Catholic high school educator (26 years and counting).
