Should Cell Phones be allowed in School?

When students in middle school and high school first started to have their own cell phones, most schools said they could keep their phones as long as they weren’t used in class. But as we learn more about the negative effects of smartphones and social media, many school districts are now banning cell phones entirely during the school day.
